Leslie Santos, MAPP, M.Ed is a seasoned positive psychology coach leading the fourth wave in workplace human potential. She is gifted with a fascinated, inexhaustible interest in human behavior and the skills to quickly cut to the heart of the challenge and move forward with action-oriented solutions.
Her education is grounded in rigorous academic training, holding an advanced degree in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, the world's pioneering and leading program in the science of wellbeing.
Driven by a compelling call to address society's failing systems, Leslie focuses on transforming social dynamics in the workplace and personal space. As a well-trained scientist, she is frequently sought after by colleagues to advance positive psychology approaches and thought leadership.
Coaching-certified for > 15 years, Leslie has counseled executives at Wells Fargo, Lyft, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Nike, Verizon, and Google.
Prior to coaching, she had a decade of hands-on business experience running marketing for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishers. This variety of experiences has given Leslie a talent for swiftly assessing and understanding challenging situations. Leveraging this insight, she creates pivotal moments where clients gain transformative insights, leading to behavior shifts that maximize results.
Beyond her professional accomplishments and coaching practice, Leslie considers her most significant achievement to be her role as a single parent, nurturing the next generation to become a thoughtful and impactful contributor towards the health and wellbeing of both the planet and its people. Over the last seven years, Leslie and her daughter have logged more than 600 miles backpacking remote wilderness together, including the unforgettable 220-mile John Muir Trail through Sierra Nevada. Time on the trail has profoundly shaped Leslie’s commitment to climate solutions and to inspiring communities to take meaningful systemic action.
Leslie jointly-founded a climate action community for global graduates of positive psychology dedicated to advancing climate solutions through regenerative positive psychology methods.
